1. Basis of supply
ZENITH LABS supplies materials exclusively for in vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified professionals. By placing an order you warrant that you are acquiring the materials for that purpose alone.
Research use only
All materials supplied by ZENITH LABS are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. Not for human consumption. Not for veterinary use. Not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. These materials are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements. No product offered on this site has been approved by the FDA or any other regulatory authority for the prevention, treatment, mitigation, cure or diagnosis of any disease, or to affect the structure or any function of the body.
2. Eligibility
Orders may be placed only by purchasers aged 21 or over who are authorised to receive research materials at the delivery address given. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where the order or any related communication indicates an intended use outside a controlled laboratory setting.
3. Attestation
Before an order is accepted you must confirm your age, your intended use, your status as a qualified purchaser, and your acceptance of these terms. That confirmation is recorded with a timestamp and retained as part of the order record.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in USD and exclude taxes and duties unless stated. Volume pricing applies per line as published on each product page. Payment is taken at the time of order.
5. Delivery
Materials are dispatched within the United States to institutional, commercial and laboratory addresses. Orders over $200.00 ship with complimentary cold chain; below that a flat rate of $18.00 applies. We cannot redirect a shipment after dispatch.
6. Title and risk
Risk passes on delivery to the address given. Title passes on receipt of payment in full.
7. Warranty
We warrant that each lot conforms to the specification set out in its certificate of analysis at the point of release. We give no other warranty, express or implied. In particular we make no representation as to the suitability of any material for any purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability arising from any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Prohibited use
Use of the materials outside a controlled laboratory setting is a breach of these terms. See the Prohibited Use policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which ZENITH LABS is registered. Governing law and forum to be confirmed before launch.
