What we collect
- Contact and delivery details you provide in order to fulfil an order.
- Your qualified-purchaser attestation, with the timestamp at which it was given.
- Order history, including lots supplied, for traceability and recall.
- Basic technical data from your browser needed to serve the site.
Why we keep the attestation
The attestation is retained as part of the order record because it evidences the basis on which the material was supplied. It is not used for marketing and is not shared except where disclosure is required by law or by a regulator.
Retention
Order and traceability records are retained for the shelf life of the lot supplied plus a further period as required for regulatory purposes. Contact details are removed on request unless attached to an order record.
Sharing
We share delivery details with the carrier, and payment details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored on our systems. We do not sell personal data.
