Lyophilised and sealed under an inert headspace, packed with phase-change coolant in an insulated shipper, and moved on an expedited service. Each shipment carries a temperature indicator so you can confirm the chain held on arrival. Orders over $200 ship with complimentary cold chain.
Photograph the indicator and the packaging before opening anything and contact us within 48 hours. A tripped indicator is replaced or refunded in full, at your choice, with no requirement to return the material. The cold chain is our responsibility until it reaches your bench.
