Shipping policy

Destinations

We dispatch within the United States only, to institutional, commercial and laboratory addresses. Destination eligibility is validated at checkout. We do not ship to jurisdictions in which the supply of these materials is restricted.

Cold chain

Materials are lyophilised and sealed under an inert headspace, packed with phase-change coolant in an insulated shipper, and moved on an expedited service. A single-use temperature indicator is enclosed in every shipment.

Rates

Complimentary cold-chain shipping on orders over $200.00. A flat rate of $18.00 applies below that threshold.

Timing

Orders released before 14:00 local time on a business day are dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch on Fridays or the day before a public holiday, to avoid a shipment resting in transit over a non-delivery period.

Incidents

If the temperature indicator has tripped, or the packaging is damaged, photograph it before opening and contact qa@zenithlabs.shop within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund in full, at your choice, and do not require the material to be returned.
