Prohibited use

The following are prohibited without exception. Breach voids all warranties, terminates the contract of sale, and may be reported to the relevant authority.

• Human consumption, administration or application of any kind, by any route.
• Veterinary use, or administration to any animal outside an approved research protocol.
• Diagnostic use, or any use in the testing of specimens taken from a human or animal.
• Therapeutic use, or any use intended to prevent, treat, mitigate, cure or diagnose a disease or condition.
• Resale, repackaging, relabelling or redistribution for any of the above purposes.
• Compounding, dilution or formulation for administration.
• Use outside a controlled laboratory setting by a person who is not a qualified professional.

Enforcement

We decline and refund orders where the order, the delivery address, or any communication with our team indicates an intended prohibited use. Our support team is instructed to cancel rather than clarify in these cases, and cannot provide guidance that would presume use.
